Jr. Warrior Alumni Signs Pro Contract

With championship season in full swing, we would like to congratulate all our alumni on their seasons!

Southern New Hampshire University Senior, George Thurston, was named 1st Team All-Conference. Thurston is on the NE10 First Team for the second consecutive season. Leading the Penmen with 15 goals and 12 assist for 27 points. In just three season with the Penmen, Thurston played at total of 73 games record 48 goals and 32 assists for 80 points. He recently signed a pro contract with the Quad City Storm of the Southern Professional Hockey League. Thurston played with the Jr. Warriors in the 2018-19 season with 29 points recorded in his 24 games played.

Saint Anselm College Freshman, Garret Alberti, on was named to the NE10 All-Rookie team and his team also won the NE10 conference championship. Alberti recorded 5 goals and 10 assists. Alberti play with the Jr. Warriors in the 2021-22 season and in the 44 games played with 11 goals, 31 assists for 42 points .

Bowdoin Junior, Jack Studley, had a successful season with the Polar Bears winning the NESCAC Championship. Studley and his Bowdoin team now turn their focus to the NCAA Division III Tournament as they are set to face Curry College this Saturday in the first round. Studley played with the Jr. Warriors in the 2019-20 season recording 18 goals and 22 assists.

Franklin Pierce University Freshman, Matt Horan, was named to the NE10 All-Rookie team. Horan has played in 28 games with Franklin Pierce recording 7 goals and 11 assists. Horan played with the Jr. Warriors in the 2020-21 season.
